  1. We remember that Dr. King stood up for justice in Selma, in Birmingham, in DC. We remember Dr. King stood up for peace in a nation engaged in war. But, will Labor remember on the night before he was assassinated Dr. King was in Memphis standing up for Labor. So come this April 4, 2018, some 50 years later this CCSU-AAUP Union Secretary will remember in Hartford with all his brothers and sisters. I am calling out AAUP, AFT, and CEA members to come join me in remembering who stood up for labor on April 4, 1968…
